Then I saw the trailers and my excitement grew even greater
In The Day of the Jackal (1973), The Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an earlier model. Referenced in the likes of Graham Norton: Denzel Washington/Paul Mescal/Saoirse Ronan/Eddie Redmayne/Blossoms (2024). I had been looking forward to The Day of the Jackal ever since I first heard about it.
I was wrong because he absolutely killed it
Well, after watching it, I can say that it definitely lived up to my expectations. Everyone already knows how great an actor Eddie Redmayne is, but I still had my doubts about his role. He plays the anti-hero here perfectly and encourages you to succeed.
I definitely recommend this series
This series is best binge-watched because I can promise you that when you finish one episode, you can’t wait to start the next one. When Redmayne’s character (The Jackal) is on a mission, you’re on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens next. The Jackal reminds me of a James Bond spy character who went bad.
