Ignoring his qualifications and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes in people’s lives – including his own. In "Shrinking", they share the most important moments that defined their characters in Season 1 and reveal who did the best Harrison Ford impression. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said that Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type,” and was prepared to audition people like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they should at least take it to Ford first, because they thought he would immediately reject it, but at least others would hear that Harrison Ford was involved in the project, which also piqued the interest of other major actors.
The acting was fantastic
Eventually, Goldstein spoke to Ford and sold him the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince her, but he cheered nonetheless.. Featured in WatchMojo: Top 10 Best TV Shows of 2023 (So Far) (2023). It was a solid production and a very unique story.
I hope they keep making more seasons of this because the character development justifies it
I love how each character embraces their imperfections, shows vulnerability, and uses humor for spiritual growth. There are so many heartfelt moments, awkward moments, mildly funny, cute moments, and laugh-out-loud moments in Shrinking. Perfect? No.
But neither of us are
I think the overuse of swearing takes away from the overall power potential. It’s almost like the writers are spicing up the show with violence. I personally don’t think it’s necessary. That’s why I gave it an 8.
