The first season had a driving narrative force anchored in the Ultron-Watcher story, making for a satisfying finale. The second season didn’t have the same overarching plot as the episodes seemed much more disconnected from each other. I liked certain episodes, particularly the first one where Nebula joins the Nova Corps as I found it gave off a very steampunk sci-fi vibe that I liked. I also liked the episode with Hela and the 10 rings. I thought it basically replicated the plot of the first Thor movie well but with Hela as the main protagonist. I liked a lot of the action in the second season but the pacing in both seasons is just too fast. This is understandable as they try to cram an entire story into a 30 minute runtime. However, the pacing is so fast that the show doesn’t give you a break to take a breath and absorb the different storylines… especially the dramatic ones. Overall, I found the second season to be more boring than I had hoped. The first season was an 8 but I will downgrade the series overall to a 7 after I finish the second season.
